We are pleased to offer a Revolutionary New Fee Structure based on based on providing chiropractic adjustments as needed to correct spinal subluxations, thereby restoring normal nerve function to help maintain your health.

What's Included:

You may come into the office for a chiropractic treatment as often as necessary for just one low monthly fee.
- No hidden costs - Appointments are suggested but not required
- No any unnecessary procedures - Make you feel bad if you missed your appointment
- No exorbitant fees - No one calling you to force you to come back

Your a big person and we respect that - we won't make you do anything.

What it Costs:

Just $99. auto-debit charged on your credit card or ATM card each month. The cost of this plan will be decreased to $89./mo for the 2nd year, $79/mo for the 3rd year and then to just $69/mo thereafter. Add an additional person from the family for just $49/mo ($148) and add the rest of the family for just another $25/mo ($173). Since this is a membership fee and not a certain number of treatments, there are no refunds for any unused services and no extra charges for any additional visits.

Terms:

This plan requires a minimum commitment of one year. If terminated prior to the 12 months for any reason then any balance due will be recalculated based on our regular current cash fee for an office visit. After the 1st 12 months the program can be stopped at any time without any additional fee.

 

Unlimited Chiropractic Membership Rules & Guidelines

1. All Unlimited Chiropractic plan is designed to restore and maintain the spine and its nerve roots with maintenace care and is not for treatment of symptoms that resulted from recent auto accidents, work injury, or any other acute injury.

2. All memberships are based on monthly auto debit or annual prepaymenpayment by credit card or ATM debit card or you may prepay one year by check.

3. All memberships are individual and nontransferable.

4. A second family member may be added to the plan for just $49/mo and the entire immediate family for an additional $25/mo on top.

5. Fees charged are a membership fee into the Unlimited Chiropractic Program which allows you to receive chiropractic adjustments as needed and are not for any particular number of treatments.

6. No cash or credit refunds for unused services.

7. Treatments are available during the regular hours of the office. During any vacationtime that he doctor is not available there will not be any relief treament available and there will be no refunds given.

8. Neighborhood Chiropractic reserves the right to cancel clients membership at any time for any reason.

The Goal of Chiropractic

Chiropractic has only one goal. That is to remove nerve interference caused by a misalignment of spinal bones called subluxztions.

That is the goal of this office. To remove nerve interference and help maintain your health through regular spinal adjustments.

This program will allow you to receive regular chiropractic adjustments each month based on what you need not on what you can afford.

This program is not a guarantee of a cure or prevention of disease but is based on the principle that with proper nerve supply your body is better able to reach its full potential and to express more life.
