All entries must be turned into Neighborhood Chiropractic at 2185 E. 14th St.
(across from McKinley Elementary School) on Wed Oct 31st from Noon to 6:pm
Rules...
* Wear your costume.
* Bring your drawing.
* Bring your parent(s).
Prizes...
1 Grand Prize - 4 tickets for the family at Camelot Family Fun Park.
1st and 2nd Awards will be given for each grade level.
1st - Movie Theater Tickets.
2nd - Ice Cream at Baskin Robins.
Every child who enters will receive safe fun treats, a photo of themselves in their costume and a certificate for a FREE scoliosis screening.

A Donation will be made to the San Leandro Boys & Girls Club for each new patient between 10/29-11/2.
